Comprehensive medical care services for the entire family at the Lopez Island Clinic. Open five days a week. We offer preventive healthcare, acute illness and injury care, chronic disease management, on-site digital X-ray services, and advanced lab testing. A Virtual Clinic kiosk is also available for urgent care needs. Accepting of most major insurance plans.
Only pharmacy on the island. Lopez Island Pharmacy is open Monday thru Friday 9 AM to 6 PM. Closed for lunch between 1:15 PM and 6 PM

First Responders
We are dedicated to the preservation and protection of life, property and the environment through a team effort of public education, fire prevention, disaster preparedness and mitigation. We provide emergency fire, rescue and medical services.
The San Juan County Sheriff's Office is committed to working with our partners and community members to enhance our island way of life. They serve the citizens and visitors of San Juan County. The Sheriff's Office is responsible for enforcing the laws of the State of Washington, patrolling our communities, and working closely with our citizens to identify and solve problems.

Lopez Island Home & Hospice Support, as a skilled volunteer organization, will provide home and hospice support services and resources to the Lopez Island community experiencing illness, injury, and/or loss.
SAFE San Juans is a non-profit agency serving the residents and visitors of San Juan County. Their mission is to prevent and eliminate domestic violence and sexual assault through victim services, education, community awareness, and cultural and social change. Their services are free and confidential.
